Provides mentoring, guidance, and advocacy to individuals transitioning from incarceration to community living. Facilitates peer support groups and assists clients in accessing essential services and recovery resources.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be certified as a Colorado Peer and Family Specialist (CPFS) or a National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (NCPRSS).
