• Coverage: Part-time and PRN options are available We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team within a dynamic retirement community. This position offers the opportunity to provide individualized, evidence-based care in our on-campus outpatient gym, serving residents from independent living, assisted living, memory care, and surrounding community populations. The role focuses on helping patients improve mobility, function, strength, and overall quality of life through comprehensive evaluations, personalized treatment plans, and collaborative care. With all services provided on campus, therapists can focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes in a convenient and supportive environment.
