The therapist is responsible for conducting intake assessments, formulating diagnoses, and creating treatment plans for clients across the lifespan. They will provide individual and group therapy services while maintaining timely clinical documentation.

Centerstone is seeking a licensed therapist who has worked with populations across the lifespan and preferably has a special interest developing and leading group therapy.
Caseload will be a mixture of commercial, Tenncare, & Safetynet payers and is interested working across the lifespan.
Applicant is willing to lead groups and is encouraged to lead groups related to their passion.
Our facility is brand new and supplies state-of-the-art equipment to our therapists.
We are implementing tools for concurrent documentation and enhanced documentation workflow so providers may spend less time documenting while increasing our culture of work life balance.
