The Medical Assistant supports clinical and administrative functions by managing patient intake, obtaining vital signs, and assisting providers during examinations. They are also responsible for maintaining electronic medical records, performing lab procedures, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and CLIA regulations.
Candidates must be high school graduates with a Medical Assistant Certificate or at least one year of direct patient care experience. Preferred qualifications include CMA or RMA certification, BLS certification, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
