Registered Nurse III

• One Federal Solution is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing and case management support.
• The RN will assess medical readiness, coordinate care, manage referrals, maintain records, and work with healthcare providers to support quality patient care and readiness objectives.
• Registered Nurse Responsibilities Assess medical and readiness status.
• Develop and monitor care coordination and case management plans.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate medical records and case documentation.
• Support health assessments, screenings, and readiness events.
• Collaborate with military and civilian healthcare professionals.
• Monitor case progress and recommend improvements to care management processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and privacy requirements.
• Registered Nurse Qualifications Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience.
• Experience in case management, care coordination, or related healthcare services preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.
• Registered Nurse Security Requirements Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation.
• May be required to obtain and maintain a security clearance and access approvals based on contract requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification. Experience supporting military, federal, or government healthcare programs.
