The LPN provides nursing care and support to medical staff by interviewing patients and maintaining medical records. Responsibilities include performing in-house labs, collecting specimens, and providing health teaching as directed by physicians.
Candidates must have a diploma or degree from a vocational/technical nursing program. A valid New York State LPN license, CPR certification, and Infection Control certification are required.

Sun River Health is currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to support our Coram site.
A Licensed Practical Nurse renders nursing care to patients, within unit of the Center or authorized community site, in support of medical care as directed by the medical staff and pursuant to the objectives and policies of the Center. She/he will perform job duties in compliance with systems and job specific stands, and additional duties or tasks as assigned.
