LPN - Night and Day Shifts Available on a PRN Basis Role Information Schedule

• PRN | 7:00
• AM to 7:00
• PM and 7:00
• AM to 7:00 PM | Supplemental Staffing Team (SST) members have a flexible schedule but, required to work a minimum of 60 hours per month

Our team of Nurses are responsible for providing quality nursing care to residents to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care for our residents in assisted living and memory care.
