Salary
$47 - $52 / HOUR
Provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and monitor resident conditions while coordinating with physicians. Supervise CNAs and maintain accurate documentation to ensure high-quality resident care.
Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California and a CPR/BLS certification. Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.

Status: Full-Time, Part time, PRN Shifts Available: AM and PM shifts Schedule: 4 days on / 2 days off rotation Location: Cypress Ridge Care Center Starting $47-52 per hour DOE, up to $5000 bonus Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor resident condition, report changes, and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff during assigned shifts. Uphold resident dignity, privacy, and person-centered care values. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California. CPR/BLS certification required. Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required.
