Direct Care Worker - Full Time Floater

We’re looking for compassionate, dependable, and flexible individuals to join our Community Living & Home Supports (CLHS) team as Direct Care Workers.

About the Role

This is a floater position, which means you’ll bring your support and care to different homes and locations. Flexibility is key—you’ll work a variety of shifts, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).

• Support up to three adults with disabilities in a welcoming home environment
• Assist with daily living needs like cooking, cleaning, and shopping
• Help individuals engage in their communities—whether it’s volunteer opportunities, events, or outings
• Encourage independence, celebrate achievements, and be a positive force in someone’s daily life
