Perform clinical assessments, develop person-centered treatment plans, and provide counseling to clients with mental illness or developmental disabilities. Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor progress and oversee the discharge planning process.
Requires a Master's degree from an accredited program and either two years of related experience or pursuit of licensure. A valid Georgia driver's license is mandatory for community travel.
