Plans and provides nutritional care for PACE participants as part of an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessing nutritional needs, implementing care plans, and instructing participants and staff on diet and food safety.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics or Food and Nutrition and completion of an accredited internship. Must be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed in the State of Iowa.
