Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our outpatient clinic in Eureka, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

Outpatient position Opportunity for nursing home rounds Clinic hours Mon-Fri, 8AM - 5PM or 4- 10 hours days, call rotation M-M every 6 weeks EPIC EMR Excellent benefits package: health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverage Family medicine office is connected to Eureka Hospital with ancillary testing and specialty support from nearby Carle providers at Eureka Hospital, Bloomington/Normal, and the Greater Peoria area. Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $360,000.

This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.

The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.

Must be a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine physician. Requires the ability to participate in a call rotation and work a full-time schedule.
