• Responsibilities include: Providing nursing care before, during, and after endoscopic procedures Admitting, assessing, and educating patients prior to procedures Preparing procedure rooms and assisting physicians during procedures Monitoring patients throughout recovery and ensuring safe discharge Providing patient and family education regarding post-procedure care Collaborating with providers and clinical staff to coordinate care Accurately documenting patient information and clinical updates Responding appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergency situations Supporting daily clinic and procedural operations, including equipment processing and room turnover What We're Looking For Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and patient education abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care Previous procedural, GI, ASC, PACU, ICU, ER, or outpatient experience is a plus, but not required Join a Team That Values You At our practice, we believe exceptional patient care starts with exceptional employees. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in CO BLS & ACLS certification required Previous experience in GI, surgery center, PACU, critical care, or procedural settings preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care Proficiency in MS Excel, electronic health systems and databases. such as EPIC, required Knowledge of GCP, federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA policies and procedures.
