Perform direct patient care duties including rooming patients, conducting general lab work, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Manage medical orders, referrals, and EMR files while supporting providers in an urgent care setting.
Requires a high school diploma and a current medical assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, or CMAC) along with AHA Basic Life Support certification. Knowledge of OSHA, CLIA, ADA, and ICD-10/CPT coding is required.
FT/Days- 7: 45-8:15 (weekdays), 7:45-6:15p (weekend)
3 weekend shifts per month, 2 major holidays/2 minor holidays per year
