Summary: The Home Care Academy Program is specifically designed for newly graduated LPNs to prepare them to work in a Home Care setting. Candidates will work closely with an assigned Preceptor and complete the 8-12 week training prior to serving in an independent role. The Home Care Academy training program is a full-time role with full time benefits. Vanderbilt Home Care is part of one of the country’s most respected medical centers.
