The Clinical Review Nurse is responsible for reviewing patient medical reports to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to EHE clinical guidelines. They serve as a liaison to physicians to clarify clinical issues and ensure timely turnaround of charts.
Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted LPN or RN license and have at least 2 years of relevant nursing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment are required.

EHE is seeking a driven per diem Clinical Review Nurse to assure effective management of quality assurance within legal scope of practice and EHE guidelines. This individual will review medical reports and ensure that all clinical guidelines are followed as per the policy and procedure set by EHE. This role will be expected to turnaround charts within one business day upon receipt in Clinical Review queue.
Review patient medical reports in accordance with current EHE policies and clinical guidelines to ensure quality, accuracy and consistency Serve as a liaison to physicians to clarify clinical issues Communicate in a professional demeanor to obtain physician feedback Follow EHE guidelines to meet deadlines and turnaround time or report review Actively participate in EHE work group for professional development Support all EHE programs, including on-going changes
Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license 2+ years of relevant nursing experience Superb communication and organizational skills Impeccable attention to detail Ability to multi-task Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

The rate for this role is $40 - $45 per hour and is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications and skills.
