Provide direct patient care and support activities of daily living for newborn babies in the NICU under RN supervision. Monitor and document patients' physical and emotional conditions while performing clinical tasks like phlebotomy and EKG testing.
Requires a high school diploma and a professional certification such as CNA, NCMA, or NCPCT, or equivalent clinical program enrollment. BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire, and one year of healthcare experience is preferred.
