Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) | Maryland Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide remote therapy services to clients throughout Maryland. In this role, you will support individuals, couples, and families through secure telehealth sessions, helping them work through relationship challenges, family conflict, life transitions, anxiety, stress, grief, and communication concerns. This position is ideal for an LMFT who wants to do meaningful clinical work in a stable remote setting. You will have the opportunity to build strong therapeutic relationships, guide clients through practical treatment goals, and provide consistent care while working within a professional telehealth model.

Responsibilities

Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families located in Maryland Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical updates Help clients navigate relationship issues, family stress, emotional concerns, and major life changes Use appropriate clinical approaches based on each client’s needs, goals, and presentation Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when clinically appropriate Identify when referrals, safety planning, or a higher level of care may be needed Maintain client confidentiality and follow telehealth best practices Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Active LMFT license in Maryland in good standing Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable delivering care through a secure telehealth platform Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Familiarity with electronic health records preferred Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time remote position Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 2 weeks PTO Health insurance 401K plan with 3% company match Full benefits package If you are a Maryland LMFT looking for a remote role where you can provide steady, meaningful care, we would be glad to consider your application.
