Position Details

Location: Indiana Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Indiana. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, help them work through relational challenges, emotional stressors, communication concerns, and life transitions, and create treatment plans that support meaningful progress.

Responsibilities

Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using a secure telehealth platform Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical, relational, and psychosocial history Develop treatment plans based on client needs, goals, and presenting concerns Support clients dealing with relationship conflict, communication issues, anxiety, grief, family stress, parenting concerns, and major life changes Use evidence-based therapy approaches appropriate for marriage and family therapy Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and documentation Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed Follow all state, federal, and HIPAA requirements for telehealth counseling Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active Indiana LMFT license in good standing Previous clinical experience working with individuals, couples, or families Comfortable providing therapy through a telehealth platform Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills Ability to work independently while maintaining professional clinical standards Experience with EHR systems preferred $115,000–$120,000 annual salary Full-time remote position Health Insurance 2 weeks PTO 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Monday–Friday daytime schedule Supportive clinical structure and administrative resources Opportunity to serve clients throughout Indiana through telehealth If you are an Indiana-licensed LMFT looking for a stable remote role where your clinical work can make a real difference, we welcome your application.
