Full-Time Telehealth LCSW | Remote Clinical Social Worker – North Carolina Job Summary As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide virtual therapy to clients who need consistent mental health support from a licensed professional. The work is practical, structured, and focused on helping clients better understand their patterns, manage symptoms, and build healthier ways to respond to daily challenges. This position involves a mix of direct client sessions, clinical documentation, treatment planning, and ongoing progress monitoring. You will support clients through secure video sessions while maintaining strong clinical standards and a professional remote care environment.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day work may include: Conducting remote therapy sessions with clients in North Carolina Completing clinical intakes and reviewing client history Assessing mental health symptoms, stressors, risk factors, and treatment needs Writing treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical priorities Providing therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family issues, and life transitions Updating progress notes and treatment records through the EHR Adjusting clinical approach based on client response and progress Following proper procedures for crisis concerns or higher-risk situations Maintaining professional communication with clients and care teams when needed Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active and unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in clinical care Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time remote position Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Stable telehealth work setting Qualified LCSW professionals licensed in North Carolina are encouraged to submit their information for consideration.
