Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Remote LCSW Therapist | Full-Time Telehealth Role in North Carolina Job Summary The LCSW in this position will work with clients through a secure telehealth platform, helping them identify challenges, build practical coping skills, and make progress toward treatment goals. This is a strong fit for a clinician who enjoys structured outpatient therapy work and is comfortable providing care in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform Complete intake assessments and gather relevant psychosocial history Create treatment plans based on client needs, symptoms, and goals Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, and adjustment concerns Monitor clinical progress and update care plans when needed Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation Identify risk concerns and follow appropriate safety procedures Coordinate referrals or additional care resources when clinically appropriate Follow HIPAA, state licensure, and telehealth practice standards Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active and unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in clinical care Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time remote position Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Stable telehealth work setting If you are a North Carolina licensed LCSW looking for a full-time remote therapy role, we would be glad to review your background and clinical experience.
