Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist | Remote Maryland Position Job Summary We are looking for a Maryland Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide full-time telehealth therapy services.
• In this position, you will work with clients who are facing relationship concerns, family conflict, emotional stress, anxiety, depression, grief, parenting challenges, and major life adjustments.
• The role is centered on practical, client-focused therapy.
• You will conduct virtual sessions, complete clinical documentation, develop treatment plans, and help clients build healthier patterns in their relationships and daily lives.

Responsibilities

Deliver therapy services through a secure virtual platform Work with individuals, couples, and families using clinically appropriate interventions Complete clinical assessments and gather relevant client history Create treatment plans that reflect client concerns and goals Document sessions, progress, and updates accurately Help clients address communication challenges, relationship patterns, family stress, and emotional concerns Review client progress and revise care plans as needed Follow Maryland licensure standards and telehealth care requirements Refer clients to additional services or higher levels of care when necessary Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Active LMFT license in Maryland in good standing Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable delivering care through a secure telehealth platform Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Familiarity with electronic health records preferred Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time remote position Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 2 weeks PTO Health insurance 401K plan with 3% company match Full benefits package If you are an LMFT who wants to provide quality therapy in a remote Maryland role, this opportunity may be a strong next step in your clinical career.
