The RN is responsible for conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized plans of care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary group. They coordinate continuous care delivery, administer prescribed treatments, and provide essential education for pain and symptom management.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited RN program with an active South Carolina or Compact license. A minimum of one year of nursing experience is required, with hospice experience preferred.
