Physical Therapist (PT) – Per Diem Rancho Bellagio Post Acute Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled and compassionate therapy team.
This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-centered care and helping patients achieve optimal functional outcomes.

Position Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established care plans Collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge plans Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and functional mobility Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $53-58 per hour, DOE Flexible per diem scheduling Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for continued professional growth Qualifications Current, active, and unencumbered California Physical Therapist license Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
