The LPN provides direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, including administering medications and monitoring health. They are responsible for implementing care plans and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality resident care.
Candidates must hold a current LPN/LVN license and be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. A current CPR certification is required, and experience in long-term or skilled nursing is preferred.
