Fairview is seeking a full time BC/BE Internal Medicine (preferred) or experienced Family Medicine Physician to join the Hospital Medicine team at M Health Fairview St.

Work with a collegial group of over 30 hospitalists and 4 Advanced Practice Providers Average 13-15 patient census FTE: 1.0 Flexible Work Schedule 7 on/off or modified block schedule Fully supported nocturnist program with overnight coverage Resident physician led rapid response team and code response Shift Hours: AM Rounder: 7 am - 6 pm AM Swing Shift: 7 am - 6 pm PM Swing Shift: 11 am – 10 pm PM Swing Shift: 2 pm - midnight M Health Fairview St.

Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency training program BC/BE with the ABMS Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills,knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions withthe same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 40 hours/week. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
