CT Technologist

• Description Performs C.T.
• Imaging procedures on all types of patients, while assuring image quality.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Conduct imaging in accordance with established protocols and quality standards.
• Performs diagnostic testing and quality control on equipment and general maintenance.
• Completes Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

Current BCLS Certificate required (either American Red Cross or AHA) Graduation from an AMA approved School of Radiology Technology; Current NYS license Registered Radiological Technologist in Diagnostic Radiography Current ARRT Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required. (Two years Experienced preferred) Proficiency with computer and common office equipment, as well as basic knowledge of PACS. Current NYS DOH Intravenous Contrast Administration Certificate required.
