Familia Dental is hiring an experienced General Dentist for a relocation opportunity in Decatur, IL. This dedicated relocation opportunity is designed for doctors with 2+ years of clinical experience practicing dentistry in the United States who are open to moving for a strong long-term opportunity with high earning potential, clinical autonomy, and organizational support. Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients Diagnose and treat dental conditions through restorative care, extractions, prosthetic treatment, and other appropriate procedures Develop and present treatment plans during patient consultations Review treatment options with patients and families and obtain informed consent Deliver consistent, compassionate, patient-centered care Maintain compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including state dental board regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in accordance with company standards Support a positive, collaborative work environment focused on patient care and team success Why This Opportunity?
