Responsible for helping patients maintain, restore, and improve movement and function within a home setting. Duties include providing interventions, conducting regular reexaminations, and managing discharge planning.
Requires a current state license to practice physical therapy and graduation from a CAPTE-accredited program. Candidates should have one year of related experience or approval from clinical leaders and a current CPR certification.
