• IHT Milestone Reward Program - earn up to $15,000 in career milestone payments (details provided at offer stage) Mileage reimbursement – plus tools to reduce windshield time Paid training and mentorship The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $60 - $80 per visit Key Responsibilities Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements
