Make a Difference for Seniors Who Need You Most Elara Caring is hiring Personal Care Aides to provide dedicated support to residents at Church Creek, a senior living and memory care community located at 1250 Central Park Blvd, Arlington Heights, IL. This role is part of Elara Caring’s in-home care model, but all care for this assignment is provided onsite at Church Creek Senior Living and Memory Care Community. You may work alongside facility staff, nurses, hospice teams, family members, and other care partners while helping residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the day. What You’ll Do As a Personal Care Aide, you will help residents with daily care and comfort, including: Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene assistance Mobility support, transfers, positioning, and walking assistance Meal reminders, meal preparation, and feeding assistance when needed Companionship, conversation, emotional support, and reassurance Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environment Observing and reporting changes in condition, behavior, or care needs Supporting residents through patience, redirection, routine, and reassurance Following each resident’s care plan and promoting dignity, independence, and safety Communicating professionally with Elara Caring team members, facility staff, families, nurses, hospice teams, and other care partners What This Type of Care Looks Like Unlike some home care assignments, this setting gives caregivers the opportunity to work in one senior living community while supporting residents as part of a broader care team.
