About the role

The Emergency Services Associate II provides patient care in the Emergency Department under the direction of RNs and medical staff. Primary duties include administering medications, collecting specimens, and assessing patient conditions according to established standards.

The Emergency Services Associate II works under the supervision of the Director of Emergency Services or designee. The Emergency Services Associates cares for patients under direction of RN and medical staff by performing the primary duties according to established standards.

Requirements

Candidates must possess the physical ability to ambulate patients and perform fine motor tasks such as giving injections. Strong interpersonal skills and the mental ability to interpret medical data and problem solve are required.
