IOP Counselor - LCSW or LPC

12:30pm - 9:30pm (Mon - Fri) $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Valley Hope is expanding our services to the Columbia area and have an exciting opportunity for an experience clinician to join our team. The successful candidate will be licensed as an LCSW or LPC in Missouri.

Education & experience

Required

• minimum amounts of education or experience required to qualify for the job.
• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences, education or social work.
• License or credential to function as an alcohol and drug treatment counselor in the state in which the Counselor is working. The successful candidate will be licensed as an LCSW or LPC in Missouri.
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• One (1) year of behavioral healthcare clinical counseling or clinical case management work experience.

Preferred

• desired qualifications of a candidate for the job
• Three (3) plus years of behavioral healthcare clinical counseling or clinical case management work experience.
• Previous experience facilitating hybrid group sessions

Compensation

• Starting annual salary ranges from $72,000 - $80,000 (based on experience and education)
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid over 2 years)
