Conduct patient evaluations, differential diagnoses, and implement collaborative treatment plans for addiction and behavioral health. Provide medication management, perform waived testing, and lead educational groups for patients in recovery.
Requires an active New York State Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse license, a DEA license, and a Master's Degree. A minimum of 5 years of related clinical experience is required, with BLS certification and ANCC certification preferred.
Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and differential diagnoses Develop and implement treatment and care plans collaboratively with physicians and behavioral health teams Provide medication management and treatment recommendations Conduct waived testing including urine, blood work, and glucose monitoring Maintain accurate and confidential medical records Educate patients on treatment plans, health promotion, and recovery support Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination Lead educational groups and patient seminars Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Qualifications & Requirements Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license Current NYS Registered Nurse license in good standing DEA license required Master's Degree required Minimum 5 years of related clinical experience ANCC certification preferred Current BLS certification Experience in Substance Use, Addiction Medicine, Behavioral Health, or Community Health preferred Bilingual Spanish/English or Russian/English highly preferred Compensation & Benefits Starting salary at $130,000+ Flexible 4-day workweek Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Professional growth and development opportunities Mission-driven organization focused on community impact Flexible scheduling options available Why Join This Team?
