Pyramid Healthcare’s Detox and Residential Treatment Center in Hammonton, NJ is dedicated to providing trauma-informed, person-centered treatment for individuals seeking meaningful, long-term recovery. Our facility offers evidence-based treatment alongside group and individual counseling sessions, helping clients transition to a sober lifestyle. The detox program ensures a medically supervised withdrawal in a comfortable setting, while our residential rehab program offers variable stays with personalized treatment plans.
Manage the front office of the facility. Oversee medical records filing, transcription, and transfer of records, assisting the facility with these tasks. Perform basic clerical duties, including answering phones, mailing, administrative filing, copying, faxing, and typing. Assemble and update client packets. Assist with the intake process and billing sheets. Correspond with referral sources. Attend staff meetings and take minutes. Maintain office equipment and coordinate with vendors for maintenance requirements. Ensure the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the office. Complete all necessary reports. Maintain the policy and procedure book. Perform other duties as deemed necessary. Required Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a secretarial role. Strong computer and phone skills. Ability to multi-task effectively.
