Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care. Provide supervisory oversight to staff and manage essential supplies and equipment.
Requires a Nursing Associate Degree or Diploma and a current RN license in Nebraska with CPR/BLS certification. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor's degree and one year of experience.
Works collaboratively with patients, families and other health care providers to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of assigned patients. Follows nursing Standards of Practice to ensure quality, safe patient care. Provides supervisory oversight to assigned staff, and effectively manages supplies, equipment and other resources.
Nursing Associate Degree or Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Currently licensed as an RN in the State of Nebraska; current CPR/BLS. ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC and ENPC to be completed within 1 year of hire, 1 year experience preferred.
Option to work weekend only with increased pay structure.
