Locations
Provide behavioral health support to clients through video, phone, and in-person contact. Coordinate community resources and support client treatment and growth.
Requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a behavioral health related field and at least 2 years of experience in a helping profession. Reliable transportation is required, and bilingual skills in Spanish are preferred.
Full-Time, Monday through Friday schedule.
SAGE Counseling is actively looking for Full-Time Case Managers in the Phoenix Valley area (including East Valley, West Valley, and Central Phx) to provide a variety of services to support SAGE clients, including maintaining contact with clients through video and/or phone, providing community resources, and supporting their treatment and growth.
Case Managers work mostly in SAGE offices, but may have the opportunity to work remotely as available. All equipment needed to provide Case Management services is issued by SAGE.
up to $25.25 per hour
