The Registered Nurse serves as the primary contact for hospice patients and families, delivering skilled nursing care and managing individualized plans of care. Responsibilities include performing assessments, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and providing emotional and physical support to patients and caregivers.
Candidates must hold an active RN license and a CPR certification, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. At least one year of experience in hospice, home health, ICU, oncology, or geriatrics is required.
