About the role

Provide excellent patient care within the BSWH Cancer Center by partnering with physicians and professionals. Manage hematology and medical oncology cases utilizing onsite facilities and support staff.

Job Summary BSWH is seeking a Hematology & Medical Oncologist to join our outstanding BSWH Cancer Center in Killeen, Texas.

They should partner with physicians, agencies, and professionals to provide excellent patient care in our award-winning health care system.

Position Highlights: Join a team of 2 other physicians at a dedicated and established cancer center.

Office hours are Monday- Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm.

Onsite lab, pharmacy, infusion center, and Radiation Oncology.

Referral base from primary care network, surgeons, and inpatient from connecting hospital.

Academic affiliation of Baylor College of Medicine- Temple Campus.

EMR - EPIC and BEACON Support Staff - Nurse Coordinators, Nurse Navigator, Clerical, and Scheduling Staff.

You also receive holidays and sick time but this time is not deducted from your available days and paid as regular salary. CME $4,250 / 15 days per calendar year. Paid Licensures and Dues. Qualifications

Doctorate Degree in Medicine Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board Where applicable, the employee must be board certified in their specialty or demonstrate certification by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists. Requirements
