Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic population to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. Develop individualized plans of care and maintain accurate clinical documentation using Prompt EMR.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program with an active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license. Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.
As a Physical Therapist at CPTE, you'll help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they love. You'll evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic population while working alongside a supportive clinical team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes and individualized care. Your day-to-day: Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, functional limitations, and patient goals Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and overall function Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, and other skilled interventions as appropriate Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes and support goal achievement Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and healthy movement patterns Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Prompt and other clinical technologies Collaborate with fellow clinical and front office staff, referral sources, and interdisciplinary providers to deliver an exceptional patient experience Participate in ongoing professional development through mentorship, continuing education, and clinical collaboration opportunities Build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues to support a positive, team-oriented clinic culture Why Join CPTE?
