Facilitate the Choosing Non-Violence Group for Men and conduct participant intake and exit interviews. Coordinate with probation officers and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining accurate electronic health records.
Requires experience in domestic violence and a valid driver's license. Domestic Violence Intervention (DVIP) training and group facilitation skills are preferred.

Responsible for conducting participant intake and exit interviews, assessing suitability for group participation, and coordinating with advocates, probation officers, and other team members to ensure effective communication and service delivery. Plans and coordinates weekly group sessions, attends multidisciplinary team and probation meetings, and maintains accurate and timely documentation in the agency's electronic health record system, including attendance, progress notes, intakes, and discharges. Facilitates both daytime and evening group sessions, with evening programming extending until 8:30 p.m.
