Provide clinical and coordination services for the REACH Mobile Prevention Team, including crisis prevention, intervention, and safety planning. Manage a 24/7/365 crisis line rotation involving both telephonic and on-site responses in community settings.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a human service field and QMHP-T certification or eligibility. Preferred candidates have 3 years of experience with mental health and developmental disabilities, a valid driver's license, and EHR proficiency.

*$2,000 sign on and retention bonus*
The Mobile Prevention Coordinator will provide clinical and coordination services for REACH Mobile Prevention Team in the individuals home and/or community settings. Primary duties include on-site and telephonic/telehealth crisis prevention and intervention services (crisis planning) as well as safety planning and education. This position is responsible for shared rotation of a 24/7/365 crisis line which includes on-site response. This role will include local travel to our Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) and the community: Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudon, and Prince William. (Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate to one of the listed areas).
