The clinician provides crisis intervention, screening, assessments, and referral services for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services are delivered through a mix of face-to-face, telehealth, and telephone interactions.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and a valid state license (LMSW preferred). Candidates must be a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) with at least one year of experience in the I/DD field.

We are seeking a Children’s I/DD Intake Clinician to provide crisis intervention, screening, assessments, and referral services. Activities may take place in a variety of settings and either face-to-face/telehealth or over the telephone.
00 am to 5:00 pm with one possible evening shift, 10:00am to 7:00pm. This assignment is hybrid, working both remotely and in-person at 790 Fuller Ave NE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503.
