Full-Time, Days. Monday through Friday. What You'll Do Responsible for providing professional nursing care to clinic patients following established standards and practices. Assists Physician and Staff in coordinating patients care. Functions as primary liaison between Patients, Staff and Physician.
Responsibilities
- Actively engages Patient and Family and assist in the education of the Patient's plan of care
- Active engagement in creating an environment of safety for Patients, Visitors, and Team Members through utilization of hand hygiene and Personal Protective Equipment
- Impact on Physician/Office efficiency and operating costs
- Actively impacting the Patient experience through enhanced clear, respectful and effective communication skills inclusive of listening carefully to Patients
- Exhibits accuracy in recording appropriate documentation in patient record and processes orders
- Ensure Patient's needs are met safely, equitably and reliably with sincere behavior
- Performs assessment of the Pediatric Patient and facilitates efficient transition of patient through the office visit
- Following age appropriate guidelines, administers pediatric vaccinations as recommended by CDC immunization schedule and/or according to Physician orders Requirements
- Current Missouri Registered Nurse License or Current Registered Nurse License from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the Nurse's state of residence.
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days.
- AHA PALS Provider within 30 days.
- Clinic competency assessment annually by transcript due date.
