Provide appropriate health care and teaching to patients and their families.
Take care of patients on-site and remotely, on integrated teams with Physicians, PAs, NPs, and BH providers, along with support staff including nurses, medical assistants, community health workers, and more!
Excel in providing high quality care for patients, driven by data, and inspired by our relationships with patients and their families.
Participate in organization provided continuing education on an ongoing basis, including a subscription to Up to Date.
Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Massachusetts license for the practice of medicine
CPR certification.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
