Market context
Emergency Room RN roles in New Jersey are typically in steady demand because hospitals need nurses who can manage high-acuity patients, rapid triage, and shifting patient volumes. This role is competitive for candidates with an active New Jersey license, BLS, and the ability to complete ACLS, PALS, and Trauma Nurse Core Course requirements on schedule; the BSN/MSN enrollment or completion requirement also matters.
