Market context

Massachusetts PA roles stay clinically competitive

Physician assistant openings in Massachusetts often reflect steady demand in hospitals, specialty practices, and primary care settings. These roles are competitive because employers usually look for accredited PA training, prior healthcare experience, and some direct PA practice, while benefits such as EAP, vision coverage, 401(k) matching, FSA, and HSA can help distinguish offers.
