Market context
In Montana, social worker openings often center on community, school, and behavioral health needs, so licensure or clear eligibility is a common screening point. These roles can be competitive because employers may prefer candidates with a master’s degree, Montana licensure, and experience working with diverse client needs. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save time, then confirm your license status and prepare examples of case management or client advocacy work.
