The technologist performs various radiographic exams and ensures the quality and safe delivery of patient care. Responsibilities include operating radiographic equipment and maintaining accurate patient records.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience and a college diploma in radiology technology. Required certifications include AART certification and a Florida state license.
Under the direction of the Medical Director, performs various radiographic service i.e., positions patient prior to performing radiographic exposures; operates and maintains all radiographic equipment.
Ensures quality and safe delivery of care.
Performs various radiographic exams.
Calculate proper exposure factors, exposes film and review, and examine radiographs for technical quality and clarity.
Maintains patient records.
