Responsible for delivering resident care according to established plans under the supervision of a registered nurse. Duties include coordinating unit services, performing regular rounding, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Requires graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current New York LPN license. BLS certification is mandatory, and experience in long-term care is preferred.

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for the delivery of care to residents according to established plans of care and under the supervision of the professional registered nurse. This is an 1199 SEIU Position.
